Gerard is the Founder & CEO of the In2Matrix Group. Educated in the UK, he holds a Diploma in Business and Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.Gerard began his career as a financial planner advising high-net-worth clients, then went on to build and lead an employee-benefits division. In 2010, he founded the In2Matrix Group, which today operates multiple offices worldwide and primarily serves small and medium-sized multinational companies.

Gerard champions an integrated approach to multinational employee benefits and health and wellbeing, by designing programs that engage and support employees while simultaneously driving cost effectiveness and measurable cost savings for employers. Under his leadership, the In2Matrix Group has become one of the most sought-after consultancies for multinational employee benefits.

Margot is the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for financial and business planning, human resources, risk management, and legal functions. She is a qualified Financial Advisor (AFM) and Chartered Accountant (NBA) and holds an M.Sc. in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Margot joined In2Matrix Group in 2011 from KPMG Russia & CIS, where she served as an equity partner and member of the Executive Board overseeing the People agenda. With over 30 years of professional services experience, she has led auditing, accounting, and employee-benefits engagements across the world.

Margot combines clear vision with hands-on commitment in every client relationship. Drawing on her expertise in finance, HR, and risk management, she simplifies complex multinational activities into efficient operations. By working closely with client teams, she makes sure every In2Matrix Group project not only streamlines processes but also gives your business a lasting cost advantage.

Stephen is a seasoned international professional services leader and Advisor to the Board of the In2Matrix Group.

Stephen graduated in History from Christ Church, Oxford, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, launching a distinguished executive career as an auditor and business adviser. As COO of KPMG’s Central & Eastern Europe operations, he oversaw 30+ offices and 5,500 staff across 19 countries, championing the People agenda and introducing high-quality employee benefits schemes in emerging markets. For over two decades Stephen has consulted international clients on financial strategy and organisational development, optimising workforce and employee arrangements. Today he holds senior non-executive and advisory roles spanning In2Matrix, social housing, an NHS trust, a veterinarians’ association, an international investment corporation, and a wellbeing charity.

Residing in the UK, Stephen leverages his expertise in finance, risk management, and growth strategy to drive sustainable value for every board he advises.

Agnesa graduated from the University of Latvia and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Philology. Since joining In2Matrix UK in 2013, she has played a key role in supporting both UK-based and multinational clients.

Agnesa is passionate about helping organisations navigate the complex insurance challenges with expertise and enthusiasm.

Kristina graduated from Kyiv National Economic University in 2003 with a degree in International Economics. She brings over 20 years of innovative expertise in risk insurance across both local and global markets.

Since joining the In2Matrix Group in 2012 as Director of the Kyiv office, Kristina has driven business development in Ukraine, even in the face of difficult circumstances and geopolitical uncertainty. Her strategic partnerships and creative solutions are serving our client base and has strengthened our market presence, ensuring that organisations can secure the right coverages and mitigate risk, no matter how challenging the environment.
